I have 20+ years of professional experience in education. Currently, I serve full-time as a K-5 Instructional Literacy Coach in the Williamson County Tennessee School District. Additionally, I serve part-time as an Assistant Professor for Liberty Universitys Online School of Education. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring current and future educational leaders.
